Starting in property management as a maintenance man at the beginning of my career, then operating as a General Contractor for 18 years and now at the end of my career, with 35 years of experience in landscaping first and then bathroom and kitchen remodels, exterior siding, sun tunnels and skylights, window & door replacements, moldings and any kind of repairs, I am operating as a handyman. I have always loved fixing things. Repair knowledge is not enough without experience, knowing how new fits with existing material. From woodworking to electrical installation to plumbing and all kinds of finishes, virtually anything that needs to be done in a residential property, I have fostered all of the skills you need for household repairs and improvements. 

Whether you need a minor repair or renovation of an area of your home or rental property,  I can deliver professional skills at a fair price. I cut my teeth in Silicon Valley, where I grew up, and met the needs of demanding professionals.  Now my high school sweetheart wife  and I are able to live and work in our favorite vacation spot for over 50 years now that our children are raised, and we are excited to meet the needs of South Lake Tahoe and the greater Tahoe area. It is our highest priority to get the job done right-the first time on every assignment-and we  I will not finish until you, my customer, are satisfied.
